Issue notice to respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court for modification of condition imposed by it vide its order dated 15/06/2016. Leave as prayed is allowed.

Application stands disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant states that before filing this application, time to comply with the order, which was prayed to be modified, was extended by learned Sessions Court till today. In view of leave granted to applicant, said submission is infructuous.
