The Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR being C.R.No.262 of 2018 under Sections 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code, under Section 37(1) and 135 of the Bombay Police Act and under Section 4(25) of the Arms Act.

Respondent No.1 - Complainant has also tendered an affidavit giving no objection. As offence is under Section 307 and in present fact we
