The applicant herein has sought to stay execution of the impugned judgment and award By Order dated 10.10.2017, this Court had granted ad-interim stay subject to deposit of the entire amount as per the award. Pursuant to the said order, the applicant has deposited the entire compensation along with interest, before the MACT, Kolhapur.

In the light of the above, execution of the judgment and award pps
