The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that, in the present case after completion of investigation the police have already submitted "B Summary" report before the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kalyan. 2.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an order dated 24.7.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived. 3.
