There is a persistance default in appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. A Learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 7-5-2015 had imposed costs of Rs. 5000/- to be paid to the State Legal Aid Fund, as no appearance was put up on behalf of the Petitioner on the said date. Thereafter also no appearance is put up on behalf of the Petitioner which fact is recorded in the order dated 2-6-2017. Hence this Court is left with no other alternative but to dismiss the above Petition for non prosecution. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
