It is the grievance of Petitioner that, he is not being produced before Trial Court for want of police escort. 2.

Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, New Mumbai submitted that, since the month of November 2021, Petitioner is being regularly produced before the Trial Court in police escort.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
