Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant shall be released on bail in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety in the like amount or cash deposit of Rs.5,000/- in lieu of surety.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.1.5 lac in this court within four weeks from the date of his release. If the amount is not paid, the order of bail shall stand revoked and the Magistrate shall take necessary steps for executing his orders.
