1. This petition seeks to challenge an order dated 16 th January, 2017 allowing an amendment sought in Exhibit 63 in Application (IDA)no.14 of 2005. When this petition is called, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the amendment in question has already been carried out and that the main application is fixed for hearing and disposal.

2. In my view there is no need to entertain this challenge. It will be open for the petitioner to take up all contentions including the relief sought if raised in this petition at the hearing of the main application(IDA)no.14 of 2005 pending before the Labour Court, Pune by filing an additional affidavit. Petition is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.
