Shri Gangurde attached to Versova Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed charge sheet on 18th April 2022, in the Court of 44th Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.927/PW/2022.

2) In view of the above, Mr.Dubey, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
