This petition challenges the order dated 3rd July, 1997 by which the Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies (Appeal), Pune Division, dismissed the revision application filed by the petitioner against issuance of recovery certificate at the instance of respondent no.3 Society. Mr. Patwardhan, the learned advocate for the petitioner points out that by the order dated 2nd November, 1998, while issuing notice before admission to respondents no.3 to 5 this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court towards the dues of respondent no.3. The subsequent orders in the petition show that the amount has been withdrawn by respondent no.3. Thus, the dues of respondent no.3 stand paid. In that circumstance nothing survives in this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
