The learned counsel for the Petitioner in view of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 28th June 2018 entered into between the Mathadi Labour Board and the Petitioner Company seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The photocopy of the Memorandum of Settlement is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The amount of Rs.6,15,709/- deposited in this Court by the Petitioner is allowed to be withdrawn by the Petitioner with accrued interest if any. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 which is the main contesting Respondent has no objection to the amount being withdrawn by the Petitioner. rkmore
