Perused the order dated 16th January, 2017. Going by the cause title, it is very clear that the first petitioner is an unregistered body. The second petitioner is not employed in his personal capacity but in the capacity as a Secretary of the unregistered body. We, therefore, decline to entertain this Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. However, this order will not preclude the affected persons from filing a separate Petition if permissible in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
