The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The ground made out is that Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 all are senior citizens. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 Trust has no objection to the hearing of the Petition being expedited. The Petition is of the year 1999. In my view, it is just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. List the Petition for final hearing in the week commencing 29th June, 2015 to be shown on the final hearing board at the BGP.
