Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.
The learned Counsel for the appellant produces a letter dated 23rd February, 2018 addressed to the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay enclosing therewith an application dated 22nd September, 2016 made by him for obtaining certified copy of the 1 / 3
judgment and order dated 28th November, 2000 in Regular Civil Suit No. 1877 of 1991 before the Office of the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune. He has received a reply from the Clerk of the Office of the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune that the record is not found. 3.
In view of the above, temporarily the appellant is directed to file a photocopy of the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 28th November, 2000. The appellant is further directed to place this application before the learned Principal District Judge, Pune so that the certified copy can be obtained. Hence, the office objection in respect of the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 28th November, 2000 is dispensed with.
