2) Perused the application. Reasons stated in the application disclose suffcient cause for condoning the delay. The application is allowed and made absolute in NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which read as NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT Date: 2022.03.05 10:43:21 +0530 under :

"(a) that delay of 9 years 1 month and 12 days caused in fling this Interim Application be kindly condoned;

(b) abatement of the above First Appeal, if any, be kindly set aside. (c) names of the Applicants be shown as the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Appellant No.1/11 in the cause-title of the above First Appeal."
