The learned APP has placed on record a report received from Shahuwadi Police Station, Kolhapur which shows that in the present case, the case is committed to the Court of Sessions and registered as Sessions Case No. 186 of 2013. Charge has been framed. That the Sessions Case was scheduled on 8th January and 9th January 2015. 23 witnesses were summoned. On 8.1.2015, 11 witnesses were present before the Court. However, the defence counsel had sought an adjournment. The case is now re-scheduled to 22.1.2015 i.e. today and 23.1.2015. The report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of the report filed by the learned APP, the learned counsel for
