On 31st August 2017, this matter was to be listed, but there are several objections noted on the file of this petition by the Registry.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the Dean of Sir J.J Group of Hospitals and 4th respondent to this petition to provide medical reports concerning the 2nd respondent. Tilak

Today also, both the petitioner and his Advocate are absent though their names are correctly listed on the board.
