DATED : 23RD DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- This application is filed by the applicant through jail for bail during the pendency of his above criminal appeal. The aforesaid appeal has already been admitted. In paragraph 3 of the application, the applicant states that he had filed a Criminal Application No.550 of 2014 seeking bail which was allowed to be withdrawn with order to expedite the hearing of the appeal. The applicant has not given any change in circumstances for which the present application is filed. We, therefore, reject this application. Hearing of the above criminal appeal is already expedited.
