Heard. This application is preferred by the Municipal Corporation for fixing early date of hearing of the present appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that because of the injunction granted by the Trial Court, it is not possible for them to complete the construction of a DP road.

Considering this fact, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for early hearing of the First Appeal. Hence, the following order: a) Civil application is allowed.

b) Office is directed to place the First Appeal for final hearing on weekly board commencing from 09/02/2015.
