Perused the affidavit dated 27.09.2021 filed by Respondent No. 2 Gram Panchayat Hinjewadi through the Village Development Officer. Paragraph 9 of the said affidavit reads as under:- "9.

In the light of such developments the Grampanchayat Hinjewadi has decided to scrap the tender in question and refloat the same with relaxed conditions so as to attract more bidders. Letter dated 24.09.2021 is annexed as Exhibit 'B'."

In view thereof, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states that the above Petition filed by the Petitioners has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
