The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 486 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code for an alleged incident dated November 8, 2015. Apart from delay of one day in filing the FIR, there is a counter FIR by the present applicants against the complainant which has resulted into registration of Crime No. 485 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504 read

Rane * 2/2 * ABA-1298-2016 Monday, 21.11.2016 sr.no.25 with Section 34 Indian Penal Code. The Investigation Officer is present in the Court and informs that the investigation in the matter is complete and the chargesheet is ready.

Looking to the nature of the allegations and the counter FIR a possibility of false implication cannot be ruled out. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

3).

The applicants shall attend police station on 28th November and 29th November, 2016 between 10 to 12 a.m. and thereafter as and when called.

4).

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
