This petition is filed for direction to the respondent no.2 to register F.I.R. In terms of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari versus State of UP reported in (2011) 11 SCC 331, respondent no.2 is directed to hold preliminary enquiry and inform the petitioner an outcome thereof.
