1. This is an application for bail filed by the applicant in connection with CR No.93 of 2018 registered with Nehru Nagar Police Station, Mumbai

2. At the outset, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this application. It is submitted that the applicant is aged about 62 years and he is in custody since 19th February, 2018, hence, the trial may be expedited.

3. Trial is pending before the Special Court. The prosecution is intends to examine five to six witnesses. In this circumstance, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and as far as possible within a period of nine months from today.
