By this Application, the Applicant has sought amendment of the Criminal Appeal. The Applicant who is appearing in person has sought to add several grounds specified in paragraph B-1 to P-11 of the Application. The grounds at B-1 to N-8 relate to the challenge to the order of the Appellate Court. Whereas, grounds N-9 (page - 29) to P-11 refer to the subsequent events which are not relevant to decide the Appeal. Hence, the Application is partly allowed. 2.

Copy of the amended Appeal memo shall be furnished to the learned counsel for Respondent No.2. It is made clear that the Appeal will be decided only on the basis of the evidence on record and any documents sought to be produced by the Appellant, which do not form part of the Trial Court or the Appellate Court record, shall not be considered while deciding the Appeal.
