1) This is an application for intervention filed by the wife of deceased Nitin Waringe in CR No.I-150 of 2009 registered with Shivajinagar PoliceStation, Ambarnath, District-Thane.

2) For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Bail Application No. 454 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the wife of deceased namely Smt. Yogita Nitin Waringe as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and to serve the amended copy of the application upon the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 within same period. 3) Criminal Application No.600 of 2016 is allowed in the aforesaid terms. then.
