After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He states that the applicant, will surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer on or before 15th July, 2019, after intimating the concerned Investigating Officer of the date and time of surrender. Statement accepted.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In view of the said statement, the applicant shall not be arrested till 15th July, 2019.
