This is the second time, when the Applicant has approached this Court for his release on bail. On the previous occasion, his Criminal Bail Application (ST) No.1627 of 2020 was argued and when the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, it was withdrawn. It is mentioned in the order dated 30/09/2020.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the directions be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial by 15/05/2024. In that case, he is not pressing this application.

Since the trial has progressed substantially, the request made by the learned counsel for the Applicant can be accepted. 4.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The present application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

(ii) The Trial Court is requested to complete the trial on or before 15/05/2024.

(iii) Both the sides shall cooperate with the disposal of the trial during that period.
