This writ petition was fled in the year 2015 and is pending admission till today. On 6th August 2018, at the request of Mr. Harshal N. Mirashi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the matter was adjourned. On 21st November 2019, none appeared for the Petitioner. On 22nd December 2022, the Petitioner once again did not appear. Today, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner.
