The petitioner's grievance is that the order passed by the Labour Court in ULP 20 of 2002 dated 13/01/2012 has not been fully implemented by the Corporation. It is submitted that Corporation had challenged the said order passed by the Labour Court before Industrial Court. By common Judgment and Order dated 02/01/2013, Industrial Court dismissed the Revision Petition.

2 7.8591.17 wp Both these Judgments were subject matter of writ petition filed by M.S.R.T.C. On 08/12/2005, Single Judge of this Court (Coram: N. M. Jamdar, J.) dismissed the writ petition. This petition has been filed to implement part of the order passed by the Labour Court. The grievance of the petitioner is that Corporation has not granted continuity in service. Petitioner is at liberty to adopt alternate remedy. The counsel for Corporation Mr. Hegde would also instruct the Corporation accordingly. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
