By this interim application, the applicant (original respondent no.2 seeks three weeks extension of time to decide the caste validity certificate on or before 23rd October, 2020. 3.

Mrs.Gavhane, learned AGP invited our attention to the reasons recorded in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the interim application and would submit that for the reasons recorded therein, the applicant 1/2

502-ia2509-21.doc could not complete the enquiry as directed by the order dated 26th October, 2021 within the time prescribed. She submits that the enquiry is now complete yesterday and appropriate order would be passed. The personal hearing is now kept on 12th November, 2021.Statement is accepted. Time to complete enquiry and to decide the application for caste validity certificate by the original petitioner is extended by till 20th November, 2021.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. The order that would be passed shall be communicated to the original petitioner within three days from the date of passing of such order. If the order is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 5.

The interim application is disposed of.
