This is transit anticipatory bail application. The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 831 of 2020 registered with by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date: 2021.09.18 17:13:35 +0530 Shivajinagar Police Station, Gurugram, Haryana under Section DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE 174-A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 were initiated against the applicant. The proclamation was issued and subsequently the Haryana Police visited the residential address of the applicant. Section 174-A of the IPC is non-bailable offence. The applicant is a lady. Protection under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. may be granted to the applicant for a period 8 weeks to enable her to

In view of the submission the protection can be granted to the applicant for a temporary period. The applicant is a lady. On account of current pandemic situation, the protection sought can be granted for a period of 6 weeks.
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 831 of registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Gurugram Haryana for the offence under Section 174-A of the IPC, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) This protection will be in operation for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate court for seeking relief.
(iii) The Application stands disposed of.
