By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that, his elder brother Prakash Gopal Jadhav may be permitted to represent him as his pleader in Sessions Case No. 637 of 2012 to defend him. 2.

Record indicates that, the learned Ad hoc - Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai by its Order dated 29th June, 2015 passed below Exh-131 in Sessions Case No. 637 of 2012 has rejected the said prayer of Petitioner. The said Order holds the field as of today. Even otherwise present Petitioner without impugning said Order and seeking same relief which is already rejected by the Trial Court, can not be entertained. According to us, present Petition is misconcieved and is dismissed in limine.
