2. wp 3104.15.doc transferred from Kolhapur Central Prison to Taloja Central Prison or any other prison. It is seen that the petitioner has directly approached this Court and the petitioner has not approached the Competent Authority as visualized by G.R. dated 21/05/2008.

In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. It would be open to the petitioner to prefer necessary application to D.I.G. (Prisons) Western Region, Pune through proper channel. On receipt of such application, the application to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 weeks of receiving the application. As we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
