This is a second attempt by the same applicant to approach this court for relief of anticipatory bail order. 2.

Earlier, the applicant along with his co-accused had preferred A.B.A.No.1028 of 2021 which was rejected by this court on 08/04/2021 by a reasoned order. Subsequent to that, the applicant did not surrender and instead, has filed this application. Even this application was argued for some time.
