We direct the Respondent no.5 to refer the matter to the Civil Court having jurisdiction and deposit the compensation amount under the award in relation to the subject matter in the said Court. It is made clear that the amount of compensation shall not be disbursed by Respondent no.5 to the parties. Needless to say that the Civil Court shall decide the issue as regards distribution of the compensation amount in accordance with law. The Petition to stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
