P.C.:- This is an Application for reduction of bail amount imposed upon the Applicant by an Order dated 7th February 2018. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is unable to furnish solvent local sureties for the amount of Rs.25,000/- and therefore, the said amount may be reduced. The record indicates that, inspite there being an Order of bail in favour of the Applicant dated 7th February 2018, due to the said condition of furnishing solvent local sureties to the tune of Rs.25,000/-, the Applicant is still languishing in jail. In view thereof, the said condition is hereby modified. 1/2

ssm 2 32-appp872.18.doc The Applicant is permitted to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
