By this application, the applicant seeks to intervene in Criminal Public Interest Litigation No.20 of 2015 as intervener. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel representing the petitioner.

We have also perused the prayer clause of Criminal Public Interest Litigation No.20 of 2015. By such perusal and upon perusal of the application, filed by the applicant seeking intervention as well as reply filed on behalf of original petitioner.

In our opinion, the applicant is a necessary party and accordingly we allow this application for intervention. The applicant, therefore, is permitted to intervene in the petition. 3.

List both the above petitions on 19.06.2015.
