Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant. Read the orders dated 27 March 2015, 17 April 2015, 8 May 2015, 8 October 2018 and the final order dated 30 October 2018 (page nos. 9 to page no. 13). 2.

It is submitted that learned Advocate for the Applicant was seriously ill and hence, he could not pay much attention so far as the compliance of the office objections are concerned. There is also delay in filing restoration application.

For the reasons stated in para nos.(3) to (8), the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The order dated 30 1 / 2

sg 14.cas91-22.doc October 2018 is recalled, subject to removal of the office objections within period of three weeks.
