1. This Interim Application is for bringing legal heirs of the SolePetitioner deceased - Jalinder Nama Pawar on record. There is a delay of 1 year and 8 months in filing the present Application.

2. Mr.Kothari, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 has no serious objection in condoning the delay and allowing the present Application.

3. Perusal of the Application would indicate that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

4. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses
