Civil application is filed to amend the writ petition in terms of schedule annexed to the application. The Petitioner has also sought impleadment of Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation patilsr 1 / 2

as Respondent No. 4. Since in the affidavit-in-reply, Respondent No. 2 and 3 have come with the stand that licences the Petitioner are not renewed in view of the new policy, the amendment is necessitated. Hence, we grant leave to amend. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Necessary amendments be carried out within a week from today. The Petitioner shall serve the amended copy of the petition on the Respondents. The Respondents, if they so desire, shall file their reply before the next date. Adjourned to 31st August 2016.
