The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 18/04/2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Wada, externing him outside the limits of Thane and Palghar District for a period of two years.

The record of this Petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of this externment order. The date of the order was 18/04/2019. More than two years have passed. Thus the period of externment is over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this Petition. It has become infructuous. Therefore it is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. (SARANG V.
