Having gone through the order of which non-compliance has been alleged, we find that no case for contempt is made out. 2.

In the circumstances, the contempt petition fails and is dismissed.

However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge inaction, if any, on the part of the respondents by way of filing a separate proceeding.
