The Respondent No.1 (Original Claimant No.2) is dead and no compensation is granted to her. In such circumstances, the appeal is disposed of, in view of the consent terms, with no order as to costs. Decree be drawn accordingly.

The Appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fees as per Rules. The amount of statutory deposit along with interest, if any, shall be made over to the Tribunal, which shall pass appropriate order for payment of the same, in terms of the consent terms. 4.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
