Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the State.

The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 304-A of the Indian Penal Code (`IPC') and has been sentenced to suffer RI for 3 months. He has also been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 134 of the IPC and has been directed to pay fine of Rs. 100/-, in default, to suffer SI for 3 days vide judgment and order dated 12th August, 2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate SQ Pathan 1/2

appr.447.16.909.doc First Class, Chiplun in Criminal Case No. 983 of 2007. The said judgment and order has been confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Khed in Criminal Appeal No. 30 of 2010 vide judgment and order dated 25th July, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was on bail pending trial as well as in appeal and tht he has not abused or misused his liberty. By a separate order, revision has been admitted today. The said revision is not likely to come up for hearing in the immediate near future. Hence, the applicant's sentence is suspended and the applicant is enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; 4.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
