Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Learned AGP appearing for the State vehemently opposes the review petition. 2.

I do not see any error apparent on the face of the record to warrant interference in the exercise of Review jurisdiction. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some additional documents which were not placed before the authorities below which are favourable to the petitioner. The orders passed by the authorities are on the basis of the case pleaded and the documents which were placed before it for consideration. The petitioner is always at liberty to avail of such remedy if permissible in law to redress his grievance on the basis of these documents. 4.

The review petition is rejected.
