At the request of the learned counsel for the applicants the matter is taken on board for urgent orders. 2) This application is preferred by original opponent No.2 for condonation of 223 days delay in filing the first appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 20/8/2011 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sangli in Motor Accident Claim Application No.67 of 2011. The learned Counsel for respondent opponent NO.1 has no objection if the delay is condoned.
