Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 06/01/2017 of the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, time to dispose of Application No.55 of 2000 under Section 36 of the lgc
(1) wp-618.01&11804.13 Maharashtra Public Trust Act is extended up to 31/05/2017. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner would endeavour to dispose of the said Application by the said outer limit.
