This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 289 days in filing the First Appeal. The learned Counsel submits that the delay is not intentional or deliberate but due to procedural requirements. She submits that none appears for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, though served. Mr.Deshmukh appears for Respondent No.4.
