1] By a detailed Order dated 2nd August 2016, the applicants are granted interim relief. It is observed in the said Order that, there is nothing to establish that either of the applicants immediately prior to deceased committing suicide on his reaching to Mumbai or on the following day had instigated or abetted the commission of offence.

2] After scrutinizing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the aforesaid finding holds substance in it. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 2nd August 2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m till submission of chargesheet. 3] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
