Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 11th July 2015 [copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law.

In order to enable Respondent No.2 to comply with this patilsr 1 / 2
order, the Petitioner shall attend the office of Respondent No.2 along with a copy of the said representation and copy of this Court on 26th February 2018.
